Testamentin toinen todistaja oli testamentin tekijän pyynnöstä, kun tämä halvaantuneena ei ollut voinut itse allekirjoittaa testamenttia, kirjoittanut hänen nimensä testamentin alle. Testamentti katsottiin muotonsa puolesta päteväksi.
